If the Cruise Ship Doesn’t arrive here at the Port or the driver who booked the rental or tour , get’s a hospital issue or get sick and is not able to join the tour or rent the vehicle, the deposit will be refunded minus cc fees, sales tax and bank charge if cancellation is made 24 hours before the tour or rental date.
No show up without notice will not be refunded the deposit.
